Very very good home cooking and super nice staff

I've been there several times. Either for goose eating or at celebrations. In both cases, the service was always flawless. Kind and attentive. The food is delicious and came in a timely manner. Price / performance is ok.

The restaurant, if you like it so, is an insider tip for gourmet and celebration friends. The restaurant "Zum Wiesental" in Baunatal has everything a catering business has to offer. Delicious food, a nice location, professional and friendly staff, a host and a landlady who know what it comes from the guest. Always courteous, nice, friendly and with competence. This is how a location should always be. The restaurant "Zum Wiesental" gets from me a 5 star rating. Since I've done music several times professionally there and never had anything to complain about. Also not the guests that I met there. Always worth a visit and a booking for events.

Better not

Great events all year round. Eating geese was really delicious. Knuckle food was really good. Very friendly staff who you can tell that they enjoy working there. There were also no problems with two people eating goose who preferred to eat a'la kart, all meals came at the same time. Ambience nice, not rustic. Small restaurant with a lot of its own charm.

If I could I would not give 1 star because the food comes way too late. Staff is friendly but you can tell that they can't cook the food is also burnt and the price is so well, I don't recommend it ...
